Singapore Government Scholarships 2023-24

The Singapore Government Scholarships 2023–24 are now accepting applications. For the Singapore International Pre-Graduated Award (SIPGA) and Singapore government scholarships International Graduate Award (SINGA), all international students from all over the world are eligible to apply. Students are advised to apply if they wish to pursue a Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, or Post Doctoral degree from Singapore. Any student from anywhere in the world may apply for one of the prestigious Scholarships. Fully funded scholarships are offered for the 2022–2023 academic year. English will be used to teach the courses.

The Nanyang Technological University (NTU), the National University of Singapore (NUS), and the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) were partners in the Singapore International Student Scholarship for International Students. You will pursue your education at one university.

A*STAR International Fellowship for Post Doctoral:

  • Monthly overseas living allowance
  • Monthly sustenance allowance, inclusive of CPF contribution (where applicable)
  • Annual return airfare

Singapore Government Scholarships

National Science Scholarship for BS, MS, PhD:

  • Full tuition fees

  • Conference allowance
  • Thesis allowance
  • Computer allowance
  • Warm clothing and settling-in allowance

SINGA Scholarship for MS, PhD

  • Full Tuition Fees
  • Monthly stipend of S$2,000, which will be increased to S$2,500 after the passing of the Qualifying Examination
  • One-time Airfare Grant of up to S$1,500
  • One-time Settling in Allowance of S$1,000

Details for Students Pursuing BS or MS Programmes in Singapore:

  • For the Singapore International Pre-Graduate Award (SIPGA), students of all nationalities who are studying Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees are eligible.
  • Supports Short-Term Research from Top Singapore Universities for a Period of No Less Than Two Months or No More Than Six Months.
