Waislitz Global Citizen Awards

The Waislitz Global Citizen Awards are yearly cash prizes for a total of $250,000 that honor people for their outstanding efforts to alleviate extreme poverty. The Waislitz Foundation, Global Citizen, Mesoblast Ltd., and Unico Capital Holdings, two of the top manufacturers of cellular therapeutics with headquarters in the US and Australia, jointly deliver the prizes.

• IMPACT: Has the applicant made a discernible difference in a novel way that upsets the institutions that support extreme poverty?
• SCALABILITY: In what ways would this prize help the applicant expand upon or enhance their work?
• ADAPTABILITY: Can the applicant provide examples of how they have evolved and adapted to new circumstances?
