5. University of Saskatchewan Graduate Scholarship

A fully financed master’s and PhD scholarship is available to international students through the University of Saskatchewan. This scholarship offers up to $16,000 for master’s degrees and $20,000 for PhDs.

6. Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship Program
