Details of the CSSS Scholarship:

• Level: Applicants must be in their high school graduating year.
• Deadline: The 2021 application ended on November 30, 2021. 2022 application will commence soon.
• Funding: RS.10,000 – RS.20,000.
• Eligible Nationalities: International students.
• Type of Study: Full-Time Course
• Country: India
• University: Indian universities and colleges.
• Duration:  A year tuition fee.

Eligibility of the CSSS Scholarship:

All the students who are willing to apply for CSSS Scholarship must satisfy the given eligibility criteria –

Students from all the states and UTs are eligibility to apply.

• They must have secured more than 80 percentiles of successful candidates in class 12th examination in the respective stream affiliated from a recognised Board. Students must be in top 20th percentile list of the respective Board.
• They must be pursuing regular courses. Students pursuing courses through distance mode or correspondence studies are not eligible.
• Students pursuing diploma courses are also not eligible under this scheme.
• The annual income of the family should be less than Rs.8 lakhs.

Students should be enrolled and receiving scholarship benefits and fee reimbursement under any other scheme.

Benefits of the CSSS Scholarship:

• Selected applicants enjoy the following;
• Rs.10000/- per year at Graduate level for 1st three years and for post-Graduation level the rate of scholarship is Rs. 20000/- per annum.
• Students in Technical courses are provided Rs.20000/- per year in the 4th and 5th year.
• Students in B.Tech./BE program are provided Rs.10000/- per year as instalment for first 3 years and Rs.20000/- per year in the 4th year.

How to Apply for the CSSS Scholarship:

• The application process is completely online and thus any physical application shall not be accepted.
•  Check the online registration and application process CSSS Scholarship 2021 shared as under-
•  Go to the official website of NSP i.e. scholarships.gov.in.
• Click on “New Registration” link.
• CSSS Scholarship 2021 online registration
• Read alll the instructions carefully and click on “Continue” button.
• Fresh registration form will open. Fill all the details as asked in the registration form and click on “Register” button.
• Once registration on NSP will be completed, applicants will receive application number and login credentails.
• After successfull registration, students can proceed to application process.
• Click on Login button and select Fresh 2021-2022 from the dropdown menu.
• Enter the application Id, Password and enter your captcha code. Click on “Login” button.
• Now, enter the required details in the respective space, select CSSS scholarship from the dropdown menu.
• Fill in all the information carefully in the application form.
• Add Aadhaar Number.
• Check your status.
• Print the application form and keep it safe for further references.

Application Fee:

The registration for CSSS Scholarship is totally free.
Documents Needed:

• Candidates are advised to keep the following documents handy while filling the application for the scholarship-
• Educational qualification certificates and documents of student
• Aadhaar Card of the Student
• In case Aadhaar is not available, students can get thier Bonafied students certificate the concerned school.
• Bank Account details of the student. In case of pre-matric scholarship students not having a bank account can provide bank details of their parents,
• If student’s school is different from domicile state then he/she can provide bonafide from the respetcive schools.

Deadline of the CSSS Scholarship:

The last day to submit a 2021-22 CSS Profile application is February 15, 2022.
