NSP Scholarship

The National Scholarship Portal is a digital scholarship program that provides various scholarships offered by the state governments, central government, and different government agencies like AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), UGC (University Grants Commission), etc. The NPS Scholarship scheme is for application to disbursal of scholarships under the National e-Governance Plan (NeGP). Moreover, the scholarships are disbursed directly to the selected student’s bank account, thus ensuring a speedy & transparent process through the Simplified, Accountable, Mission-oriented, Responsive, & Transparent (SMART) system.

The NPS Scholarship is the Ministry of Electronics and Information technology, Government of India’s initiative to provide financial help to the deserving backward community students by awarding them scholarships to pursue higher studies and fulfill their dreams. This scholarship program is provided to encourage education in the country. Through the National Scholarship portal, the aspirants can apply for different scholarship programs offered by the central & state government.

• For UG Courses- Rs. 10000/- per annum.
• For PG Courses- Rs. 20000/- per annum.

Eligibility of NSP Scholarship:

• The meritorious students of SC, ST, OBC, and other reserved categories can apply for NSP 2022 pre matric and post-matric scholarships.
• Single girl children can apply for PG Indira Gandhi Scholarship offered by UGC through the National scholarship portal login.
• Meritorious students of all categories can apply for a UGC scholarship and get financial aid for pursuing higher studies.
• Minority, special students and EBC category students can fill the NSP scholarship form 2022.

How to apply for the NSP Scholarship:

• Visit the official web portal – scholarships.gov.in.
• Click on the “+Login” button on the home page.
• Now enter your application ID, password & captcha in the required fields.
• Click the “login” button & apply for renewal of the NSP Scholarship application.

• Scan copy Of Aadhar Card.
• Category Certificate if you belong to a special category.
• Valid Bank account Passbook with IFSC Number.
• Income certificate as per your scholarship type.
• Mobile Number.
• Last Year Education Qualification certificate.
