4. Rural Undergraduate Scholarships for Australian Students

The Australian state’s democratic administrative body for New South Wales in Australia is known as the Government of New South Wales, commonly known as the New South Wales Government or NSW Government.

8.  HRSA Scholarships for Disadvantaged Students

Scholarships in nursing and healthcare are available for underprivileged students through the Health Resources and Services Administration of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Disadvantaged students are those who come from environments that have prevented them from acquiring the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to enroll in and graduate from a health professions school, according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

If not, the student must come from “a program providing education or training in an allied health profession; or comes from a family with an annual income below a level based on low income thresholds according to family size published by the U.S. Bureau of Census, adjusted annually for changes in the Consumer Price Index, and adjusted by the Secretary, HHS, for use in health professions and nursing programs”

9. WOCN Society Advanced Education

This scholarship program is open to WOCN members who want to pursue an undergraduate or graduate degree. Every year, the application deadline is in May. The Dr. Sheri Smith Memorial Grant (Advanced Degree, Research Program/Materials) may also be available to students. Each year, the application deadline falls in May or November. Each year, one or two $2,500 scholarships are given out twice.

10. Sigma Xi Grants-in-Aid of Research (GIAR)

Students pursuing professions in nursing, science, and health care at the undergraduate and graduate levels may be eligible for one of the Sigma Xi Grants in Aid of Research (GIAR). Each year, the application deadlines are March 15 and November 25. Students from any nation can get grants worth up to $1,000 through this program.

11. Gallagher Koster Health Careers

Students entering their junior and senior year of undergraduate studies are eligible for the Gallagher Koster Health Careers Scholarship Program. 12. ENA Foundation Masters in Nursing

Twenty $500 scholarships are available through the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) Foundation Masters in Nursing Scholarship program to attend the ENA Annual Conference in Tampa, Florida.

The yearly application deadline for academic scholarships from the ENA Foundation is June 1. After January 15, new applications and possibilities are published on the ENA website. ENA members who are currently members are given scholarships. They also provide scholarships for continuing education.

13. Nurses Educational Funds Inc.

Nursing master’s and doctoral degree programs are eligible for the NEF awards. Students must have a minimum GPA of 3.6 or higher, be enrolled full- or part-time in a recognized nursing school, have completed at least 12 courses of the program, and show proof of citizenship.

Prior to February 1, applicants must submit official transcripts, an 800-word essay, three email addresses of references, and a $20 application fee via PayPal. Online applications are now being accepted as of October 1.

14. Charlotte McGuire for Holistic Nurses

The Charlotte McGuire Scholarship Program (CMGSP) provides a range of prizes through the American Holistic Nursing Association (AHNA) to support AHNA nurses in pursuing higher education. Undergraduates and graduates in programs linked to holistic nursing are given nursing scholarships. Candidates must be current AHNA members, have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, be interested in and have expertise in holistic and healing nursing practice, and successfully complete the application procedure.

15. American School Health Association
