Available Scholarship For Single Girl Scheme For Undergraduate:
PG Indira Gandhi Scholarship:
This scholarship is a single child scholarship. Therefore, only those girl students who are admitted to various non-professional PG courses in Universities/Colleges and happen to be the only girl child in the family without having any brother or the girl student who are twin daughters/fraternal daughter may also apply for a scholarship under the aforesaid scheme.
Indira Gandhi Single Girl Child Scholarship:
Indira Gandhi Single Girl Child Scholarship is a UGC scholarship scheme initiated with the objective to empower the girls of our country through the means of education. Moving ahead with this objective, the government introduced Indira Gandhi Single Girl Child Scholarship to compensate the direct cost of girl education pursuing higher education, especially those girls who happen to be the only child of her parents. Under this single girl child scholarship, the selected candidates are offered financial assistance of INR 36,200 per annum.
Savitribai Phule Scholarship For OBC Girl Students:
The Social Justice and Special Assistance Department, Government of Maharashtra invites all the girl applicants for the Savitribai Phule Scholarship for OBC Girl, Maharashtra 2022. The main aim of the scholarship is to provide quality education to the girls who are belonging to the backward class. This will encourage the girl’s education and will bring a change in society up to a certain level.

Internshala Career Scholarship For Girls (ICSG):
Internshala Career Scholarship for Girls (ICSG Scholarship) 2021 is meant for the girl candidates who have fought against odd to pursue a career in any field. Girls falling in the age group of 17 to 23 years are eligible to apply. The objective of the Internshala Career Scholarship for Girls 2021 is to empower the female students and encourage them to advance the career of their dreams in any chosen field including academics, arts, sports, etc.
Swami Vivekananda Single Girl Child (SVSGC):
Swami Vivekananda Single Girl Child (SVSGC) Scholarship for Research offered by the University Grants Commission (UGC). This fellowship is exclusively meant for the girl candidate who is the single child of her parents. To be eligible for this fellowship, a candidate must be pursuing a Ph.D. in Social Sciences. This fellowship aims to encourage the higher education of single girl child in Social Sciences.
CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship:
CBSE offers Single Girl Child Scholarship to the girl’s students who are the single child of their parents. This scholarship is meant for the CBSE Class 10th passed students. In order to apply for this scholarship, students have to secure a minimum of 60 % marks in their 10th examination. The scholarship aims to promote the meritorious girl candidates to continue their further education.
SOF Girl Child Scholarship Scheme (GCSS):
SOF Girl Child Scholarship Scheme (GCSS) is a yearly scholarship scheme for girls from the economically weaker section, to help them to continue their school education. Under gcss scholarship 300 needy girls will be chosen to provide the help of Rs. 5000/- each for their education for a full year. The successful candidates will be chosen from nominations received from schools in India. Schools have to send nomination forms along with the prospectus.
