Bay Atlantic university scholarship organizes a Global Scholarship Exam (GSE) in Vietnam, Mongolia, Chad, and South Africa in collaboration with the related ministries and partner education institutions. The purpose of GSE is to select highly accomplished students to offer scholarships. Students are awarded 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% scholarships depending on their exam scores.

How to apply for the scholarship:

  • The student registers for the Exam.
  • The student takes the 2-hour exam.
  • The top 100 student scores are eligible for scholarship with the top 5 students earning 100% scholarship.
  • The student is emailed their scholarship offer if within the top 100 scores.
  • The student applies to BAU at https://baucommunity.force.com/bayatlantic/s/

Documents required:

Candidates must be ready to submit the following documents when submitting applications;

Undergraduate Program

  • University Transcript Copy (must be in English)
  • Completed online application form
  • A copy of government-issued ID (international students need a passport, or undocumented students need a residence certificate)
  • Registration fee $ 45
  • Additional documents for international students

Bank statement proves sufficient financial means

  • Support letter (if the bank statement is not included in the applicant’s name).
  • If the applicant has dependents, a copy of the passport and additional documentation as needed.
  • Proof of English ability
  • Official Transcript
  • If a university degree is issued by a foreign university, the applicant is a NACES member or an AICE member. A service for evaluating transcripts to determine US equivalence of high school diplomas. The evaluation must be a research-related evaluation of the certificate.
  • If the high school diploma is not in English, the applicant must provide a certified English translation.
  • If the certificate does not clearly state the degree awarded, the applicant must submit a notarized copy of the high school diploma.

Graduate Program

  • Official Certificate of Bachelor’s Degree (must be in English)
  • Completed online application form
  • A copy of government-issued ID (international students need a passport, or undocumented students need a residence certificate)
  • Registration fee $ 45
  • Additional documents for international students
