10 Scholarships for Canada High School Students. Scholarships are frequently interpreted by students to only apply to college students enrolled in college courses. When a high school student hears the word “scholarship,” they immediately picture college. However, there are a number of high school scholarships available in Canada, some of which will even pay for your high school education overseas in 2022.

Canada is dedicated to taking part in international study and research collaborations that foster intercultural understanding, cultivate leaders and citizens of the world, and advance national development, several high school funding packages are available.

  1. BeArt Presets Academic Scholarships: International students can apply for the Partial Funding BeArt Presets Academic Scholarships 2022–2023 scholarship from BeArt. The following students qualify for this scholarship: All nationalities welcomeAny discipline may be pursued with this High/Secondary School, Bachelors/Undergraduate, and Masters scholarship. This is one of the 10 Scholarships for Canada High School Students. Applications for the BeArt Presets Academic Scholarships 2022–2023 must be submitted by April 1st. This scholarship is available for use in accredited academic institutions or universities all around the world.

2. Define Yourself Scholarship:

High school seniors who intend to enroll in college the next academic year are the only candidates for this grant. Students in high school receive the scholarship each month for being authentic.
The prize, which has a value of $500, is given to students randomly and is not merit-based. On GoEnnounce, candidates would have to set up a personal profile and provide information about themselves.

If you maintain an active profile on GoEnnounce, you are eligible for this scholarship regardless of whether you win or lose.

3. Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program:

The Canadian government offers international students the Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program Partial Funding Scholarship. The following students qualify for this scholarship: Open to a select few North and South American nations

This high school, secondary school, undergraduate, graduate, master’s, and doctoral scholarship is available for study in all subjects. The Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program application deadline is May 1st. You may use this scholarship at any university in Canada.

4. CIEE Program Scholarships:

Students enrolled in programs administered by the Council on International Educational Exchange are eligible for this grant (CIEE). This is one of the 10 Scholarships for Canada High School Students.

Students enrolled in CIEE high school programs in Australia, Brazil, Chile, China, France, Germany, Japan, Ireland, Italy, and Spain are eligible for the half scholarship.

Additionally, the CIEE makes its selections on the basis of merit, and the procedure is quite competitive. The CIEE award amounts might change, though.

5. ThePensters Essay Writing Contest:

ThePensters is offering overseas students a Partial Funding grant for the 2022 ThePensters Essay Writing Contest. The following students qualify for this scholarship: All nationalities welcome

This high school, secondary school, bachelor’s degree, or undergraduate scholarship is available for any field of study. ThePensters Essay Writing Contest 2022 submissions must be submitted by 10 June. This grant is available to students at any high school, college, or university in the world.

6. Yoshi-Hattori Memorial Scholarship:  Yoshi Hattori scholarship provides students with a complete scholarship to study in Japan. The AFS study abroad program in Japan is eligible for this high school international scholarship, which is awarded on the basis of academic achievement.

This is due to the fact that Yoshi Hattori, a 1992-deceased Japanese AFS Exchange Student in the United States, is honored by the scholarship.

You must submit four essays based on the most recent prompts in order to apply. But keep in mind that the award is only available to AFS Japan participants.

7. IT Programming Scholarships:

International students may apply for the IT Programming Scholarships, 2018 only tuition fees scholarship provided by the Institute of Information Technology Professionals South Africa (IITPSA). The following students qualify for this scholarship: open to females from South Africa. The IT programming scholarships is one of the 10 Scholarships for Canada High School Students.

You can use this high school or secondary school scholarship to study computer programming. The application date for the 2018 IT Programming Scholarships is 30 August. They can use this scholarship to attend their own school or the SSIR online school. You may get the scholarship application form here.

8. Viaggio Italiano Scholarship:

Students who don’t speak Italian can apply for the Viaggio scholarship.

The scholarship is not awarded on the basis of academic ability or financial need, but it may be paired with the AFS Global Leaders Need-Based Scholarship, which is given to students from families with incomes of up to $65,000.

A 2,000-dollar Italian language high school grant is available in Canada.

9. Alberta Centennial Award: This honor was created to mark the 100th anniversary of the province of Alberta. Students from Alberta who are starting any level of postsecondary education at any university, college, technical school, or apprenticeship program in Canada are eligible for 25 grants worth $2,005 each. The Premier’s Citizenship Award nominees are used to choose the scholarship recipients. The Queen’s Golden Jubilee Citizenship Medal and the Alberta Centennial Scholarship are incompatible awards.

10. Dr. Robert Norman Shaw Scholarship: A student who has graduated from Sexsmith Secondary School and is pursuing post-secondary education in a subject linked to health will receive one scholarship worth $1,500. The prize is given to the student with the greatest cumulative average in five courses from Grade 12 (Level 30): English or French, Mathematics, Social Studies, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Science.
